SOYACOW WORKSHOP

ProSoya is now offering hands-on training on its VS40 and VS200 systems for making soymilk based beverages, tofu and yogurt. These systems use the most effective and patented technology of airless cold grinding coupled with vacuum deodorization to give the best non-beany tasting soymilk base possible to produce today.

The workshop covers the fundamentals of the technology, equipment maintenance and installation. You will be provided with a system manual, workbook, video and CD as well as the book "Tofu and Soymilk Production by William Shurtleff and Akiko Aoyagi" to take with you for future reference. A certificate is issued to those diligently completing the workshop and demonstrating the capability to run a system independently.

The workshop is normally scheduled in the third week of every month on Thursdays and Fridays. The fee for the VS40 workshop lasting one day is US$510, while the fee for VS200 workshop lasting two days is US$900. 50% of the workshop fee is adjusted towards the purchase of a system within 60 days of the workshop.
