ProSoya has completed the development of high efficiency, high yield soymilk base production lines offered in larger capacities (1000 L/H and higher) that increases the protein yield in soymilk base to over 80% starting from whole soybeans (not dehulled soybeans). The soymilk base can be produced at 5% and higher protein level. The yield improvement has been extensively tested in its demonstration plant using a variety of soybeans. The yield improvement is more than 10% over most other processes currently used in the industry. ProSoya is open to retrofitting existing ProSoya and third party plants to improve their yields and improve the efficiency and economics of soymilk production.
